Two vessels in rough seas. On the viewers left is a tug vessel with the name "Sudbury" on the side of its bow. On the viewer's right and slightly further back is another vessel that appears to be drifting to its port side. The Sudbury has a tether attached to the vessel that is just visible attached to the other vessel's bow.
A large vessel is viewed at an angle from starboard bow. The vessel is painted grey with black at the water line. It has the number 508 painted on its side. The sky is dark, and grey suggesting bad weather.
